Cancel registrations that violate event requirements.
Registration is only considered successful upon receipt of full payment and confirmation.

Participants must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements set by the event organizer, including but not limited to:

Participants under 18 years old may require parental or guardian consent.
5. Payments
All payments are processed through approved payment gateways.
Participants agree that:

Registration fees are subject to the pricing displayed during registration.

Additional charges such as delivery fees, taxes, or processing fees may apply.

All transactions are final unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.
6. Event Modifications
Event organizers reserve the right to:

Participants will be notified where reasonably possible.
7. Assumption of Risk
Participation in sporting, recreational, and public events involves inherent risks.
By registering, participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

Accidents during travel or participation
Participants are encouraged to ensure they are medically fit before participating.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to:

Avoid dangerous, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
Event organizers reserve the right to remove participants who fail to comply.
9. Photography & Media Release
Participants grant FlagOff Asia, event organizers, sponsors, and media partners the right to use photographs, videos, recordings, and other media captured during events for:

Marketing

Promotion

Advertising
-
News coverage
-
Historical documentation
No compensation shall be payable for such use.
10. Merchandise & Event Kits
Event merchandise, race kits, and promotional items are subject to availability.
FlagOff Asia and event organizers reserve the right to substitute items with alternatives of similar value if necessary.
Participants are responsible for selecting the correct apparel size during registration.
11. Results & Timing
Official event results shall be determined by the event organizer and/or appointed timing provider.
FlagOff Asia is not responsible for:

Timing system failures

Missing timing records

Result disputes
-
Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control
12. Limitation of Liability
FlagOff Asia acts as a registration and event management platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlagOff Asia shall not be liable for:

Participant injuries

Loss of personal belongings

Organizer actions or decisions

Third-party service failures
13. Intellectual Property
All website content including:

Graphics

remain the property of FlagOff Asia or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
14. Account Security

FlagOff Asia shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from a user’s failure to secure their account.
