Each event has its own rules, eligibility requirements and schedule, published on the event page and in official event communications. If an event is cancelled, postponed, shortened or changed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, severe weather, floods, epidemics, government or authority directives, public safety concerns or acts of terrorism, FlagOff Asia and the event organiser are not liable for any resulting loss. Any refund, credit, date change or alternative format (such as a virtual event) is at the event organiser’s discretion, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
